We sang carols for the residents at the units next to St Simon’s on Wed 21 Dec from 7pm.
One of the Carollers writes:
This evening (Wednesday) from 7pm I went “Christmas carolling” with the music group from St Simon’s, to the residential units which are located next to our church. A small gift was also given to each of the unit residents. All the residents seemed to enjoy it, & a couple of them even indicated they had been waiting for us to arrive. Some also seemed to be looking forward to the event. Last Saturday morning when the music group was carolling at the shopping centre, a young man (who was obviously from those residential units) had asked me whether we were also going to be carolling at the units this year. I told him the carolling would be on Wednesday evening, & he said he was looking forward to it. It was a fun evening.
