On Sunday night (6.3.16) we discovered that the church phone had been disconnected on Saturday!
After an hour on the phone with Telstra on Sunday night, there was still no explanation for why it has been disconnected! There is even a note on the account in Telstra’s system stating ‘do not disconnect’ – unbelievable!
I have been promised a call back at 2pm. Hopefully, the matter will be resolved then, and the church phone will be reconnected!
